Delivery and returns policies
At TUSK, there are no delivery charges, as all our products are dematerialized: once your order has been placed, you’ll immediately receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email containing the product key(s) you’ve purchased. We’ll also send you the official links where you can download your products, as well as our official guides that will guide you through the installation and activation processes for the software(s) you’ve purchased.
We deliver within 10 to 30 minutes of placing your order, so you can start enjoying your product straight away.
We always check the authenticity of keys when we acquire them. However, it may happen that a key is defective: in this case, we will confirm the defect, and send you a replacement key immediately, free of charge. We accept returns free of charge within 30 days of purchase in the case of a product whose condition has been confirmed as faulty by our services.
